Writing the Structured Abstracts Proceedings
Structured abstracts should be written between 500-800 words in accordance with the rules of spelling and scientific ethics. The structured abstract should be sent in accordance with the conference schedule of the paper accepted for presentation. If the presentation of the paper is in English, only the structured abstract in English should be sent.
The structured abstracts should be prepared in accordance with the spelling rules and the template below.
Evaluation of the Structured Abstracts Proceedings
The structured abstracts are passed through the blind referee process by numbering them without disclosing the name, surname and institution of the author(s) and are also evaluated by the Scientific Committee in terms of scientific competence and suitability to the conference topics. Papers deemed suitable for presentation at the conference are announced on the conference web page, and an “Acceptance Letter” is sent to the author(s) via e-mail.
